What is Life?

Life is a race,
Which everyone has to face.
Life is a mirage, a beautiful dream.
That takes on its way, the smiles, the laughter,
The tears & the pure heart stream.
Life is an express, always on the run,
Life is a hurricane, never undone.
Life is a tiny light in an infant’s hand,
Life is a roaring ocean that can never be manned.
Life is a tiny pearl in an oyster shell,
Life is as gorgeous as a silver marriage bell.
Life is a crystal of diamond in a coal mine,
Life is on a worker’s forehead as sweat and grime.
Life is full of surprises,
In this life we make and break promises.
There are days which we can never forget,
There are deeds which makes us regret.
At some stage it takes a turn,
And leave the people to mourn.
This life always shows horrors and fears,
For the real parting, we have to shed tears.
Nobody knows what this life is,
I tell you that this Life is full of mysteries.
